The safest way to remove a Luna Compass submission is the private deletion flow attached to its result.

Delete a submission and guide

Return to the result in the same browser tab. In Your data, choose Delete my data and guide, review the confirmation, and then choose Delete permanently. The result page uses your private removal key to delete the submitted details and generated guide.

If you previously saved the private removal key, use only the secure deletion control provided by Luna Compass. Do not paste or send the key in a message, form, screenshot, or support request. Anyone with that key may be able to delete the associated guide.

If the removal key is lost

Luna Compass does not provide accounts or a cross-device history. The service stores only a protected verifier for the removal key, not a recoverable copy of the key itself. If the original key and result session are both lost, the service cannot safely identify which stored record belongs to you or restore the key.

The submission and result remain subject to the normal retention process and are removed or de-identified after no more than 30 days. This limitation prevents a person from claiming and deleting someone else's record using personal details.

What never to send for support

Luna Compass support will never ask you to send your birthday, birth time, birth city, AI-generated guide, submission identifier, or private removal key. Do not include those items in feedback, accessibility reports, screenshots, or deletion questions. Do not send health, financial, legal, safety, or other sensitive personal information either.

For a technical error, a short description of what you were doing, the device and browser type, and the on-screen support reference are enough. A support reference is for troubleshooting only and is not proof that a record belongs to you.

Feedback and accessibility

Product, privacy, and accessibility feedback should describe the behavior you experienced without including form entries or guide content. Feedback channels cannot provide medical, mental health, nutritional, financial, legal, safety, or emergency advice.

No verified external support channel is published in this build. Before formal production launch, the operator must add a tested contact method, publish its expected response window, and complete business and legal review. Until that release requirement is met, do not treat an address or account found elsewhere as an official Luna Compass contact.
